6-Weeks of Tai Chi
Thursday Evenings, 5:30-6:45pm
Oct 3 thru Nov 14 (no class on Halloween)
Nov 21 (extra class, use as a makeup class, or an additional class = 7 weeks!)
Give your body and mind the gift of learning the First 13 Postures of Yang-style Tai Chi. Each week our progression will build by adding transitions and postures—creating a fluid sequence of movement that you can practice on your own.
Harvard Health Publishing (Harvard Medical School) has a short article on the health benefits of tai chi. As you know, I plan on practicing for the rest of my life!

Please wear comfortable loose clothing, bring a water bottle and your “beginner’s mind.”
Each class is 75-minutes consisting of:
15-20 min Qigong warmup
60-min Tai Chi practice
This series is 6-weeks, and I am giving you an extra class. This last class is a bonus—making this series 7 weeks for less than $14 a class.
(When you purchase your ticket to this event, the ticket will say 5:30-6:30pm but it does go until 6:45pm, it wouldn’t let me choose that time.)
Maximum class size will be 15 students.
