I have been journaling most of my life, thanks to Mrs. Hawks, my 7th grade teacher. I designed this Morning Intentions and Evening Gratitude after being introduced to the idea by my friend Krissy. She lives in the UK, I was participating in an online group she was co-faciliating, S.A.S. (Self Aware Souls).

I have been writing morning and evening consistently for more than 2 years, and it’s changing my life.

Every morning, I focus on how I want to feel, be and do, without any expectations—sending out vibrational energy (giving). In the evening, I conclude with gratitude (receiving).

This journal is a way to incorporate the universal law of give and receive into your daily life.
