During this holiday season, you may not be feeling joyful because of missing a loved one, feeling alone or simply just feeling a bit blah. I invite you to embrace whatever you are feeling, it’s okay, you’re okay, or will be. Emotions [aka feelings] are meant to be felt and acknowledged—it’s how we move forward, e-motions.
Allow yourself to say “no” to others and “yes” to yourself
How many times do we say “yes” simply because someone asked us? When we really wanted to stay home and cuddle up with a nice cup of tea and a book? Make yourself a priority and then you can give the gift of presence when you do say yes.
Freedom fom Fear (False Evidence Appearing to be Real)
Most of our fear comes from our mind clinging to the past and/or worrying about the future. Keep coming back to presence, with your breath that’s where freedom lives and there is no fear. Trust that life is being done for you not to you.
Time to pause, reflect and acknowledge
Slow down to simply BE [Breathe & Expand] before you engage with another person, before you go to an event, or even before you get out of bed. Stretch while still in your bed, and take some deep breaths of gratitude for another day. Pause again when the day is over and reflect, acknowledging your amazing BEingness. Remember we are human beings not human doings.
To follow your heart and trust … you got this!
Allow yourself to feel into what makes your heart sing, feel it, visualize it, and breathe it into your reality. Also realize, what doesn’t resonate with your heart and give thanks for knowing the difference. We learn from every experience and every person. We are here to love ourselves, love one another and let our light shine.
Sending you blessings of peace, harmony & happiness now and in all ways.
