Join Lucy and me for a cozy afternoon of Qigong & Yin Yoga.

Our Qigong practice will help you:
: strengthen your immune system
: enhance qi (chi) for the kidneys, the yin organ of winter
: strengthen your foundation with bear movements, the frolic animal of winter
: let go of stagnant qi, creating room for inspiration
: flow with your life—like water, the element of winter

Lucy will lead us in a wonderful calming Yin Yoga session focusing on:
: increasing our flow of energy through the kidney meridians
: conscious awareness of our physical edges and creating softness within
: long, slow deep breaths as we feel into each posture

Lao Tzu reminds us, “Nothing is softer or more flexible than water, yet nothing can resist it.
Join us to become soft and strong while building heat from the inside out.

Please wear comfortable clothes, and bring your water bottle.

EVERYONE IS WELCOME. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY.
