What Is Your Camino?
The HONESTY Well series
Friday, March 21, from 6-8:30pm
After a transformative and reflective first session on Holiday Integrity, we are excited to continue our journey together with a brand-new offering that asks and begins to answer the question:
What is Your Camino?
In Spanish, “Camino” means “the way,” or “the path.”
The word can also indicate the ancient Camino de Santiago, a route of spiritual pilgrimage through Spain and Portugal, or a camino can refer to any deeply personal journey.
Lucy walked all 500 miles of the Spanish Camino alone as part of a profound unveiling of what she considers her divine personal purpose.
While the first HONESTY WELL gathering invited us to explore personal values and integrity related to the holidays, this session shifts focus to your deeper, ongoing journey of self-discovery and purpose. Buddhists call this identification our “dharma.”
Drawing inspiration from the renowned pilgrimage, we will reflect on our own paths, begin to wrap our arms around our own desires, and explore the idea of true purpose. It will be exhilarating.
Each workshop in The HONESTY Well Series offers an opportunity to explore new dimensions of being human, and we’re building on the wisdom and insights from our first gathering to create a safe, supportive space for honest expression and growth.
What to Expect:
- Reflective Exploration – Dive deep into the metaphor of the Camino and explore what your own personal journey looks like.
- Guided Practices – Movement, meditation, and meaningful conversation to ground and connect you with your true path.
- Authentic Connection – Engage in thoughtful conversation with a community of like-minded individuals also curious about life’s deeper offerings.
- Ongoing Growth – Build on the foundation of our first gathering to exploring deeper layers of honesty, purpose, and connection.
