Autumn Equinox Event

Join Curtis and me for our seasonal Qigong and Sound Bath.

Autumn is a time for appreciation and nourishment for our spirits. With the days getting shorter and the temperatures getting cooler, we’ll gather to slow down and reset.

This afternoon is about taking care of ourselves, balancing within, so we can balance without and embrace the seasonal change. We’ll begin with slow inspiring qigong movements, and end with the relaxing stillness of a 45-minute sound bath.

Remember: The body benefits from movement, and the mind benefits from stillness.

And as Ralph Waldo Emerson reminds us, “Adopt the pace of Mother Nature. Her secret is patience.” Time to let go of the summer yang energy and step into the transitional yin season of autumn.

WHAT TO BRING: Please wear comfortable, loose clothing and bring a water vessel. There will be plenty of cushions, bolsters, and blankets for the sound bath, and feel free to bring any personal blankets or pillows.

No experience is necessary. Everyone is welcome, bring a friend and experience this time together.
