Come outside and experience Qigong in the park for FREE!
Join me Thursday evening, August 3rd, and slow down to help you navigate your summer activities. This class will be for everyone. Qigong will be taught standing, so need to bring a mat, just bring yourself, a friend, and a water bottle. Wear comfortable loose clothing. I will invite you to practice barefoot and ground into the earth—in other words—shoes are optional. No registration necessary, simply show up at the park!
