January 13, from 5:30-6:45pm

 

Join us to get a taste of practicing Tai Chi.

We will begin the evening with a discussion of why Tai Chi? Explaining some benefits and then experiencing some of the movements.

 

New students, beginners, and seasoned learners are all welcome. Sharing, community support, and slowing down to experience the personal advantages of Tai Chi are the main themes of this evening.
