World Tai Chi & Qigong Day 2023

This morning event is free, and everyone is invited. No experience is necessary, It’s about connecting with our like-minded community. I will be there rain or shine, and I invite you to consider if it rains as a blessing upon us.

You can also join the global movement for this annual international event in your own space. At 10am your local time on Saturday, April 27—take some conscious deep breaths, engage in some mindful movement, and connect “One World. One Breath.”

ALSO Join us for a FREE AFTERNOON EVENT! at Vitalize Studio from 12:30–2pm

I am collaborating with Chantal Papillon, MQP (Medical Qigong Practitioner), to bring you more Qigong and Tai Chi. Chantal will lead us in Qigong, and I will lead us in Tai Chi. The best of both worlds!

Imagine a whole day of Tai Chi and Qigong; how does it get any better than this?

Oh, and did I mention all of this for free?
