As the season invites us to return to center, this series offers a space to ground your energy, quiet the mind, and cultivate embodied calm.
Whether you’re just beginning or returning to the form, this practice meets you where you are—supporting strength, softness, and presence in equal measure.
EACH WEEK YOU’LL:
Learn postures and transitions
Step by step, build a connected and fluid sequence rooted in the First 13 Postures.
Refine body, breath, and intention
Deepen internal awareness, coordination, and the harmony between breath and movement.
Carry Tai Chi into daily life
Let softness lead. Explore how rootedness, adaptability, and mindful presence can support your everyday rhythms.

Class Format:
Qigong Warm-Up (10-15 min): Settle into your body and breath with gentle movements.
Tai Chi Practice (45–50 min): Learn and deepen the First 13 Postures of Yang-style Tai Chi.
What to Bring:
- Comfortable, loose-fitting clothes
- A water bottle
- A beginner’s mind—curious, open, and willing
