6-weeks of Tai Chi

I will be teaching two, six-week winter Yang-Style Tai Chi series.
Each week our progression will build by adding transitions and postures—creating a fluid sequence of movement.

FIRST 13 POSTURES / 1  (beginners) 3-spots LEFT
Thursday Eves  |  January 27 – March 3 from 6-7pm

2) BRUSH KNEE SERIES / 2   (First 13 Postures required) FULL
Thursday Eves  |  January 27 – March 3 from 7:15-8:15pm

Please wear comfortable clothes, indoor flat shoes, and bring a water bottle. Classes are small so everyone has space and feels comortable.
