6-weeks of Tai Chi

I am teaching two, six-week series of Yang-Style Tai Chi.
Each week our progression will build by adding transitions and postures—creating a fluid sequence of movement that you can practice on your own.

SERIES 1: FIRST 13 POSTURES  (for beginners)    — 4 spots remaining —
Thursday Eves  |  April 7 – May 12 from 6-7pm

SERIES 2: BRUSH KNEE   (First 13 Postures required)
This series will not be taught at this time, please check back in the fall.

SERIES 3: THE FIRST HALF   (The First 13 Postures & Brush Knee series required)    — 3 spots remaining —
Thursday Eves  | April 7 – May 12 from 7:15-8:15pm

Please wear comfortable clothes, indoor flat shoes, and bring a water bottle. Classes are small so everyone has space and feels comortable.
