The Brush Knee Series
Wednesday Evenings | Sept 23 – Oct 28 | 7-8:00 pm
This 6-week fall session continues our exploration of the Yang-style First 13 Postures, focusing on the next part of the form: the Brush Knee series—a sequence of five postures and transitions that deepen your foundation and flow.
This course is open to those who have completed the First 13 Postures.
Each class includes:
• Qigong Warm-up (10-15 minutes): Centering breath and gentle movement to prepare mind and body
• Tai Chi Practice (45-50 minutes): Focused instruction on postures, transitions, and the meditative flow of the Brush Knees
WHAT TO BRING:
• Comfortable, loose clothing
• A water bottle
• Your beginner’s mind—curious, open, and steady
