Qigong + Integration Journaling

Nurturing Our Seeds Within

Saturday, March 30, 2024 from 10:00-11:30am

Join us in the classroom at Red Butte Garden as we learn to nurture our internal seeds with Qigong and journaling.

Qigong is pronounced “chi-kung.” Qi is our life force, the energy that powers our body and spirit. Gong means to work or cultivate. The meaning of the words together is that Qi+gong cultivates our life force with a flowing form of movement, breath, and mind using intention.

Together, we will experience and learn some Qigong movements aligned with conscious breaths to nurture ourselves physically, mentally, and emotionally. Whether permitting, we will go outside the classroom for Qigong.

A personal journal will be given to you as part of your investment in this event. We will discuss the difference between intentions and expectations, shifts and changes, and how we can know the difference. Plus, learn why giving gratitude for all that it is nurtures our seeds within.

Please wear comfortable, loose clothes that you can move in, bring a pen to write on, and bring a water bottle. Also, we will begin in a sacred circle; bring a cushion if you want to sit on the floor, or the classroom has chairs to sit on.

This event is for everyone, whether they have experience with or are totally new to Qigong and/or journaling.

Investment: $44 Members (includes journal)
$55 General Public (includes journal and admission to Red Butte Garden that day!)
