Join us for a special evening to explore the ancient practice of Tai Chi. Whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced practitioner, this event is for you!

We’ll begin with a conversation on Why Tai Chi?—exploring the many physical, mental, and emotional benefits of this powerful practice. Then, we’ll dive into some basic movements, allowing you to feel firsthand the calming, grounding effects of Tai Chi.

This evening is all about community, sharing, and slowing down to experience the personal advantages Tai Chi offers. No matter where you are on your journey, you’ll find support and encouragement as you discover the flow of Tai Chi.
