Celebrating Chinese New Year
This is one of my favorite annual Qigong events!
Tuesday Evening, February 17, 7-8:30pm
Join me for some predictive-insights of what the fire Horse has in mind for the collective in 2026. I am also having my dear friend, Heather join us this year. She is also a co-host at my annual Qigong retreats. She’ll be playing the bowls, while we practice some simple Qigong movements.
Insights from Heather Troutman:
My sound journey began after attending my first sound bath with my bestie and learning I could get into a deep meditative state while being a participant. After getting my first set of bowls, I experienced pain relief in my hands and a way to deal with stress and anxiety. These experiences lead me and my bestie on a new adventure. Together we recently launched The Vibe Hive, a sound and meditation business. You can follow us on the socials @TheVibeHiveSLC
What to Expect:
- Collective Insights for 2026: Together, we’ll explore the energies of the Horse and the Fire Element—the perfect foundation for growth, creative action, and transformation. This sacred circle discussion will offer insights on how we can harness these energies to make 2026 a year of collective and personal growth.
- Qigong & Crystal Bowl Sound Healing: Heather will be guiding us through a transformative Qigong practice infused with the healing sounds of crystal bowls. The sound will work its magic, harmonizing with our energy and helping us connect deeply to the present moment and the transformative potential of the year ahead.
- Handouts: Take home a handout with practical suggestions for harnessing the energy of 2026, offering ways to manifest the growth and transformation.
- Red Envelope for Prosperity: In honor of Chinese New Year, each participant will receive a red envelope symbolizing prosperity, abundance, and good fortune as we step into the Horse Year.
