Together, we’ll explore the gentle practices of Qigong and Tai Chi, delve into reflective journaling, and share meaningful conversations, all while enjoying a delicious, catered vegetarian lunch. This intimate gathering invites women to come together in a space of support, connection, and growth.
After the hustle and bustle of the holiday season, this retreat offers a chance to pause and center ourselves—reclaiming time for self-care and inner peace. Through movement, stillness, writing, and sharing, we’ll explore how we can support and uplift one another as we reconnect with our hearts and ourselves.
