6-Week Tai Chi Series

Have you been curious about learning Tai Chi and experiencing the benefits for yourself?

Join me for this 6-week series, and learn the first 13 postures of yang-style Tai Chi. We will progress each week, by adding transitions and postures—ending with a beautiful loop of sequential movements, for you to continue your practice.

Tai Chi is a moving meditation creating:
• Balance
• Body Awareness
• Breath Connection
• Present Moment Awareness

VIRTUAL & In-Studio WEEKLY CLASSES

 

TUESDAY EVENINGS – Virtual classes @ 7:30 pm MST

OCTOBER 12, 19, 26

 These virtual classes will be 60-minutes long.
Classes are designed for everyone, no experience necessary.

For now, I am continuing to offer these classes via donation.
