The Inner Alchemy of Change
Returning to the realm of our dreams…
Saturday, May 4 from 4-7pm
Join my teacher, Master Sifu Gardner, and me on Saturday afternoon for an exploration of inner alchemy. A transcendental process we’ll engage in—through movement, breathing, centering, and grounding within—so we can connect to ourselves and others.
Inner Alchemy: moving the focus from the outside to validate our worth and our existence. Instead, we’ll look within and acknowledge the accumulative experience of our lives.
Change: to change and transform into the essence of true being—which comes back to the innocence of our child. We tend to get bogged down in being conflicted adults, and we lose a sense of ourselves in the grand scheme of being life forms.
We will learn and engage in:
- How to recognize the calm and clarity within. Through breathing and movement, where they both intersect, they connect to the lifeforce within and without. The Qi = breath
- Awareness of the inner circuitry through which this life force moves. Why are our channels, gates, and portals so important? Expand our awareness to realize that our inner essence is connected to the outer essence of the multiverse. All matter of energy is interchangeable; we are nothing more than waves and particles.
- Exploring science and physics. We are all of the stars of these primal energies of the universe. We are so out of step with the harmony of the universe in which we exist. We are losing our ability to ask questions and to investigate our existence.
These tools are a pathway to use to explore the evolution of consciousness itself. We are at the precipice; we must engage in what leads us to transcend.
To cultivate, to nourish, and to purify our Qi to its essence of purity.
Join us to reignite your passions for wonder with the gift of life. How can we live our lives with passion and take responsibility to create our realities? Through the inner alchemy of change and returning to the realm of our dreams,.
Wear comfortable clothes, bring a water vessel, and use your notebook to write down what resonates within. There are plenty of bolsters, cushions, and chairs at the studio.
