Tai Chi Series: 2nd Half

 

Wednesday Evenings  |  Feb 11 – Mar 25  |  5:45-6:45pm

This 6-week Tai Chi series continues from the end of the first half of the form and moves into the beginning of the second half.

If you are comfortable following the first half, you are welcome to join us. Some experience with the full first half of the form is required.

Each class in this session includes:

  • Qigong Warm-up (10-15 minutes): Centering breath and gentle movement to prepare mind and body
  • Tai Chi Practice (45-50 minutes): Focused instruction on postures, transitions, and the meditative flow as we continue to deepen and expand the form

 

WHAT TO BRING:

  • Comfortable, loose clothing
  • A water bottle
  • Your beginner’s mind—curious, open, and steady
