Practicing Where You Are


March 10 & 17 / May 5, 12, 19
Monday Evenings from 5:30-6:40 pm

 

Join us at Vitalize to refine, refresh, and receive input on your Tai Chi practice. These sessions are a great way to keep your muscle memory active before our next series begins in the fall.

The evenings will have a relaxed, informal vibe. We’ll start with Qigong warm-ups together, then break into small groups based on the level of familiarity with the form. Afterward, we’ll close the evening together as a community.

These classes are open to current and past Tai Chi students. Whether you know only some of the first 13 postures, the brush knee series, the first half of the form, or the entire form – everyone is welcome.

Classes are offered via dana (donation). You can give through cash or Venmo: Toni-Lock.

No need to sign up – simply come to the studio and be part of our community. Just bring comfortable clothes, your water bottle, and let’s have fun!

As the weather warms up, we’ll also be offering Tai Chi practices at the park, taking our session outdoors and connecting with nature. Details to follow…
