Join us for a month of open Tai Chi practice to refine, refresh, and reconnect with your form before the fall series begins. These relaxed, drop-in sessions are designed to support all levels—whether you’re working on the first few postures or moving through the full form.
Each evening begins with a group Qigong warm-up, followed by small group practice based on your familiarity with the form. We’ll close together as a community.
Curious about the fall Tai Chi series? These sessions are a wonderful way to experience the flow and feeling of the form—join us and a sense of it for yourself.
Open to current and former students. Offered via dana (donation); contributions can be made in cash or through Venmo: @Toni-Lock. No need to sign up—just bring water, wear comfortable clothes, and show up with your Beginner’s Mind.
