This spring, join me for a steady, flowing 5-week journey into the foundational 13 Postures of Yang-style Tai Chi.
As the season of renewal and emergence unfolds, this series invites you to awaken your energy, move with intention, and cultivate a sense of ease and vitality from within.
Whether you’re just beginning or returning to the form, this practice is designed to meet you where you are—supporting strength, softness, and presence in equal measure.
EACH WEEK YOU’LL:
Learn postures and transitions:
Step-by-step, build a connected and fluid sequence rooted in the First 13 Postures.
Refine body, breath, and intention:
Strengthen internal awareness, movement coordination, and your breath-body connection.
Apply Tai Chi principles to daily life:
Let softness lead. Discover how rootedness, adaptability, and mindfulness can support your evolving rhythms.

Class Format:
Qigong Warm-Up (10-15 min): Settle into your body and breath with gentle movements.
Tai Chi Practice (45–50 min): Learn and deepen the First 13 Postures of Yang-style Tai Chi.
What to Bring:
- Comfortable, loose-fitting clothes
- A water bottle
- Your beginner’s mind (curious, open, and ready)
