This sacred circle discussion will offer insights on how we can harness these energies to make 2025 a year of collective and personal growth.
• Qigong & Crystal Bowl Sound Healing: Let Curtis, The Mystics Playground, guide us through a transformative Qigong practice infused with the healing sounds of his crystal bowls. His music will work its magic, harmonizing with our energy and helping us connect deeply to the present moment and the transformative potential of the year ahead.
• Growth-Oriented Qigong Practice: Our Qigong session will be inspired by the Snake Year’s energy and the Wood Element, focusing on cultivating the vitality and creativity needed to take inspired action toward our collective goals.
• Handouts: Take home a handout with practical suggestions for harnessing the energy of 2025, offering ways to manifest the growth and transformation.
• Red Envelope for Prosperity: In honor of Chinese New Year, each participant will receive a red envelope symbolizing prosperity, abundance, and good fortune as we step into the Snake Year.
