We are looking for 15 like-minded individuals who are ready to explore one’s inner ability to create.
You have the ability to evolve from within by recognizing and engaging it. We are always changing, but we may not notice.
This weekend will be about creating alternate patterns in your daily life. We will explore this process through movement, discussions, and present-moment awareness.
We ask that you arrive with the open attitude that everything outside of yourself does not define you. You will learn that defining your existence in this universe involves shifting one’s focus to your own worthiness, which comes from within.

FRIDAY NIGHT
6–9 pm
We will lay the foundation for this time together through discussion and movement. How might qigong be the internal alchemy of change? And how can you be that vessel of change, not only for yourself but for others?
SATURDAY
9 am–12 noon (1st session)
The morning session will begin outside under the trees, connecting with nature outside as well as our own innate nature. Discovering if there is any difference.
12 noon–2 pm Lunch Break
2-5 pm (2nd session)
On Saturday afternoon, you will learn how to recognize the patterns of energies that create you and how you interact with yourself and others. How to be present-moment aware throughout each day with loving kindness and compassion for ourselves and everyone else.
