My dear friend, Lucy Dillon, and I invite you to join us for an afternoon of exploring how to move through the next 6-weeks with grace, goodwill and honesty.
✨ What does divinity mean to you?
✨ In your deepest heart, what does late December—when Hanukkah, Christmas and the Winter Solstice arrive—mean to you?
✨ How do you value presents? And how do you value presence? (And it’s ok to like them both!)
✨ What if you could wipe the calendar clean from mid November to the end of December, leaving only relaxed school and work schedules, cooler temperatures, and the ability to gather? What would you create?

Take time to sit at your own hearth, giving thought to what’s important for your own holiday tradition.
Together we will use meditation, qigong, movement, conversation, reflection, and deep personal inquiry to establish an honest course for creating joyousness for your November and December.
Once you have registered, you will receive a PDF file. We are requesting that you take 10 minutes to ponder the five questions, and jot down some notes before you come to our gathering. Thank you in advance. Please bring these notes with you. Know that these notes will not be turned into anyone, and that your sentiments will only be shared as you choose to share them.❤️

This Holiday Integrity offering is the first in The HONESTY WELL Series™ created by Lucy Dillon and Toni Lock to be offered throughout 2025 and beyond.
This series will explore deeper concepts of being human and navigating complex lives with a focus on a protected and known container for honest expression. Each workshop will contain movement, meditation, conversation, group agreements, and thoughtful preparation.
