Beginning+ Tai Chi Winter Series
Wednesday Evenings | Nov 5 to Dec 10 | 5:45-6:45pm
This Beginning+ 5-week series continues from the Grasp Sparrow’s Tail posture, (still within the first 13 postures). If you have attended a First 13 Postures series, you are welcome to join us. Your muscle memory will be there and you’ll be right there with the rest of the class.
The next First 13 Postures will be back in February 2026, stay tuned for dates and details.
Each class in this session includes:
- Qigong Warm-up (10-15 minutes): Centering breath and gentle movement to prepare mind and body
- Tai Chi Practice (45-50 minutes): Focused instruction on postures, transitions, and the meditative flow as we continue to add on postures and transitions.
WHAT TO BRING:
- Comfortable, loose clothing
- A water bottle
- Your beginner’s mind—curious, open, and steady
