Beginning+ Morning Tai Chi Series

This Beginning+ 6-week series continues from the First 13 Postures. If you have previously attended the beginning series, you are welcome to join us. Your muscle memory will be remember, and so will you. ;-)
Interest in an evening Beginning Tai Chi Class? It begins February 11.
Each class in this session includes:
- Qigong Warm-up (10-15 minutes): Centering breath and gentle movement to prepare mind and body
- Tai Chi Practice (45-50 minutes): Focused instruction on postures, transitions, and the meditative flow as we continue to add on postures and transitions.
WHAT TO BRING:
- Comfortable, loose clothing
- A water bottle
- Your beginner’s mind—curious, open, and steady
