6-weeks Winter Tai Chi

Give your body and mind the gift of learning the First 13 Postures of Yang-style Tai Chi. Each week our progression will build by adding transitions and postures—creating a fluid sequence of movement that you can practice on your own.
The core of our yang-style practice is this six-week period. If it’s been a while or you’re new, I encourage you to join us so we can reintegrate these postures with muscle memory and then apply the ideas to your daily life.
Harvard Health Publishing (Harvard Medical School) has a short article on the health benefits of tai chi. As you know, I plan on practicing for the rest of my life!

Each class is 75-minutes consisting of:
15-min Qigong warmup
60-min Tai Chi practice
Please wear comfortable loose clothing, bring a water bottle and your “beginner’s mind.”
Maximum class size = 15 students
