Choose to Slow Down for Nine Days…
Hi, I know what you’re thinking… why would I choose to slow down when there are so many things I need to complete and do in a day? Let alone nine days…
Here’s why: coming from my own experience, when I take the time to be present and slow down, it begins my day feeling more calm, coupled with abiding clarity. This gives me more focus, and I get more things done in less time.
What will I learn when I sign-up for the FREE nine days of slowing down?
You will receive an instructional email from me every day for nine days. Each day will build upon what you have learned the previous day, and I promise it won’t take you more than 10-15 minutes per day. (I know you’re a busy person and don’t have a lot of time.) I encourage you to seriously commit and follow along with these exercises for nine days. You will begin to feel results immediately from within and may noticethem outwardly. Whether it be how you listen, your expanded awareness, clarity, or simply by embracing life in the present moment.
Thesteps that you will learn during these nine days are simple. And for some, so simple that they will not give them a chance. You know that saying, “less is more”? Well it couldn’t be more true, especially when it comes to simple techniques you can do every day to allow “more space” in your life. And the secret is slowing down.
How does slowing down make me more focused?
When we slow down and focus on being present, it allows our brains more space and clarity for what it is we need to accomplish later. When we slow down, it allows us to really prioritize what needs to be done first, and maybe what can be put off for another day. Automatically, relieving some unwanted stress. We must create space in our life, to add clarity, love, and present being-ness into our lives, instead of busy-ness.
The choice is yours. I encourage you to give yourself this gift of “slowing down” for nine days. Really, why not? You can always go back to the “hurried life” you had before.
