DESCRIPTION:One World\, One Breath\nJoin the global movement for this annual special event. At 10am your local time on Saturday\, April 29—take some conscious deep breaths\, engage in some mindful movement by yourself\, or find a group in your local area and practice together.\n\nSalt Lake locals\, we will be meeting at Washington Square Park on the State Street side. Beginning at 9:30am with Qigong and then at 10:00 we will practice our Tai Chi. For those of you who have a hifu jacket\, please wear it. Remember\, you do not have to know the form\, we’ll have plenty of those who do\, and you can follow.\n\nIt’s about connecting with our like-minded community.\n\nThis event is FREE\, and everyone is invited. Join us\, and join the world for this annual event.\nWe will meet on the State Street side of the park.
