I’ve been sharing Qigong with the horses for more than five years\, and each session is shaped by their presence and the land itself. Together\, we move in meditation\, surrounded by open sky\, earth beneath our feet\, and the golden light of sunset. It’s an invitation to slow down\, especially in summer’s vibrant heat. \nWild Heart Sanctuary is a nonprofit organization and a holistic wild horse refuge funded solely by donations\, private visits\, and volunteer programs. 100% of your funds this evening for Qigong ($35) will ensure the good health and safety of these horses. \n  \nEmbrace Harmony and Movement\nMove\, breathe\, align\, and harmonize with the energies of the Sanctuary\, the horses\, and other participants. Allow this practice to lead you to a more profound connection with nature and yourself. \nWear comfortable clothes\, bring a layer for the evening temperature\, and bring a water bottle; no mats are necessary. Shoes will be optional.
