DESCRIPTION:Tuesday evening\, June 18\, from 6:30-7:30 pm\nWild Heart Sanctuary in Park City\n  \nI am excited to welcomed back to lead a session in Qigong and Tai Chi. We will be outside for this event\, slowing down and connecting with our bodies while the horses choose to surround us as we practice. \nExperience an evening of meditative movements\, accompanied by mindful breathing exercises. Reminding us we can live more authentically by slowing down and tuning into our sensations.
