Now you may be thinking to yourself\, but I have never done qigong or tai chi\, or I only have experienced qigong. That’s okay\, come anyway! It’s about joining together as a community and connecting with the nature within us\, as well as grounding outside with Mother Nature. \nWear comfortable clothes\, bring yourself a water bottle\, and come play with me. \nIf I do not see you at the park\, please know how much I love and appreciate you being part of this Chi Tribe. You are why I continue to be of service and share these modalities that create my life. \n
