We all know life happens\, and a space may open up. \n  \nThis year’s theme:  Transmuting the Fire Within\nWe will reside in a beautiful cabin up Big Cottonwood Canyon. \nEnjoy Mother Nature\, making connections within and with each other. \n  \nQigong Every Day\nEvening Sacred Circles\nSitting Meditation & Stretches\nTai Chi Walking\nFire Ceremony (new this year)\nArt & Crafts \n  \n \n \nHot Tub & Fire Pit \nOne of our biggest compliments we have received these past three years is how fluid we are with the outline of activities. Everything is optional; this is your retreat. If something takes longer\, it does. If we have to shift things around\, we do. It’s a retreat\, not a bootcamp. \nThis is an intimate retreat\, with accommodations for 10 women. \nWeekend Retreat: $825\n(FINAL PAYMENT DUE AUGUST 1) \nINCLUDES: shared room lodging in a beautiful cabin for 3 nights\, vegetarian meals\, qigong\, sacred circle exercises\, fire ceremony\, a journal\, free time to explore nature\, take a nap\, read\, or spend time in the hot tub.
